Neither Gaspar Stegine at the Arcane University or Athragar at the Chorrol Mages Guild have an inventory. Faded Wraith cannot be bought from them.

Did you catch them at the right time? Gaspar offers his services only between 2am and 6pm, while Athragar offers his services between 6am and 12pm, 6pm and 10pm. There is also a 33% change he offers services between 12pm and 4pm. Try again at these times. Wolok gro-Barok 13:29, 29 March 2012 (UTC)
