Description

In Cyrodiil, people are always looking for someone to solve their problems.

Imperial Ciy citizen Adrian Decanius has finally found a solution to his loneliness-- he's carrying on a correspondence with Cinia Severa, a new arrival in Chorrol. He wants to be very sure his letters are delivered, so he wants to hire a courier....

This will probably be most useful for a very low-level player, as the gold reward is small (although you do get a skill boost and a tiny hidden reward if you're able to find it). It's also a very short quest, and the required time to finish will depend on how you travel back and forth, as well as anything that might interrupt you on the way. Fortunately, both Adrian and Cinia are pretty patient; there's no time limit placed on delivery.
