Far east of Bravil, on the north shore of the Panther river (just west of Fort Redwater).

Blood Clot Cave is a medium-size cave far east of Bravil containing Argonian smugglers, including the lieutenant Eidkee V'Shiir. It has three zones: Blood Clot Cave, Blood Stain Hollow, and Blood Wound Deep.
