Relsav Andor is a Dark Elf assassin and the owner and proprietor of Andor's Hostel, along with his wife, Ielna, and a former member of Andalis' Men.

Relsav comes in handy if you try to gain entrance to the Assassin Castle during the quest Admittance, as he can give you advice. Later on, he puts out a hit on Talvanus (though no one knows who it is); you'll be sent to the hostel to kidnap his wife in order to find out the client's identity. Clemente finds out it was Relsav and sends you to kill him, but since he knows you're coming, he knocks you out and heads to the castle to deal with Clemente himself (see Assassin Dreams).

He wears a beggar's shirt, huntsman leather pants, and huntsman moccasins, and is armed with a two-handed scimitar.
