I think he's an Imperial anyway. He just has the pigments of a Breton, like the Elders in Skyrim. The Elders are actually Nords, Imperials and Bretons. 212.186.15.63 09:09, 30 March 2020 (GMT)

Just like the Elders and Children are actually Nord/Imperial/Bretons/Redguards Socucius must be considered an Imperial. And Bretons have French names. 212.186.15.63 14:17, 26 April 2020 (GMT)

Unique Face

Possible incorrect resaon for dialogue

Under "murder of Processus Vitellius" it states: "Murdered you say? He has been missing for a while. I'll need proof of that before I begin an official inquiry, though."(if you haven't found Processus' corpse). Though I cannot at present confirm this, I believe this is when you find the corpse but do not take the money.
