Requirements to Obtain Quest

Maybe the you have to be House Father to obtain the quest? I'm House brother, stronghold started in phase 1 (phase not finished) and Cassius told me that for business I must be higher rank. Just to comment, this information was actually on the page already, hiding in the middle of the notes section. I moved it to the prerequisite quest section at the top of the page now, since Stronghold is a quest and it is much more noticeable there than at the bottom of the page. This information is correct as well, as Crassius will not discuss this business with you unless you are at House Brother rank, have reached stage 100 or greater of Velfred the Outlaw (i.e. you completed that quest), and have reached stage 100 or greater of Stronghold, which is at minimum when you get the journal entry: "The first stage of my stronghold should be complete by today."
