I hope I'm in the right section on how to use a frenzy spells on humans. which frenzy spell should I need because I don't want to buy the wrong spell?--ShakenMike 18:33, 19 February 2007 (EST)

Any Frenzy Humanoid spell will do the trick. (Not Frenzy Creature). --TheRealLurlock Talk 18:53, 19 February 2007 (EST)

Ok thanks and I'll buy that spell then.--ShakenMike 21:00, 19 February 2007 (EST)

Artifacts?[edit]

On some of the descriptions it uses the term "artifacts". Such as in "Humanoids, undead, Daedra, and artifacts are not affected." What does this mean, Dwemer constructs? --DKong27 Talk Cont 06:01, 20 February 2011 (UTC)

Mephala's Skill[edit]

Why isn't this spell on the list. I know it can't be bought, but the summon dwemer centurion is on the conjuration list. Here's the info: Chameleon on self for 60 magnitude 50 to 50 Fortify Attack on self for 60 magnitude 10 to 10 Spell cost: 30 and it always succeeds ID: skillmephala_sp

I added this spell back into the page, although it deserves to be noted that the spell is different in the GOTY and vanilla version (there is an added fortify short blade effect in the vanilla version). 74.133.225.154 19:41, 5 May 2015 (GMT)

Ghost Snake[edit]

I noticed that Ghost Snake is a spell that is not available to the player. Should it really be included in this page?

Please note that the answer to this question will also have implications to other NPC-only spells (eg. Hand of Tureynul, Hand of Uthol, Hand of Vemyn, etc.)

  • Like player-available spells, their data is stored in redirects (then used by other pages / templates)
  • Unlike player-available spells, however, the pages they redirect to (eg. Destruction Spells, Mysticism Spells, etc.) do not contain their anchors, let alone their info.

Please also note that the Spells page links to this page under a claim that says:

This a list of all spell effects available in the game, for sale at vendors.

Personally, I think Ghost Snake (and other NPC-only spells) should be removed from this page (as well as its counterparts in the other schools of magic) but I'm asking around just in case there's a valid reason for its inclusion. Salamangkero (talk) 16:40, 7 July 2023 (UTC)
