Rothis Nethan is a Dark Elf savant located inside The Flowers of Gold cornerclub in the Redoran Canton.

He lost his nerve for a duel against Brethas Deras. You will be tasked with convincing him to take part in the duel, although he will most likely die against his more powerful opponent.
