J'Saddha is a Khajiit escaped slave which was heading Ald Velothi to escape through its port, but sought by three slave-hunters, Anes Hlaren, Garyn Girith and Sadal Doren he hides in some close ruins. You will be asked to throw them off his trail in a Twin Lamps quest.

J'Saddha only wears a slave bracer and common pants, which are also the only two objects that he carries on his person. Like all Khajiit, he can see well in the dark and can demoralize others for short periods, but otherwise he knows no spells.

If you try to speak with him without first accepting this quest from Ilmeni Dren, he says:

  • "No, get away. Don't tell anyone %Name is here." Goodbye.

After Ilmeni Dren sends you to Ald Velothi, the Khajiit becomes more talkative:

  • "Did the Arvels send you? %Name will travel together with you back to Galyn Arvel's ship."
  • travel together
    • "If slavehunters are there, they see %Name and kill %Name. You sure you want %Name to follow %PCName?"
    • Yes, follow me.
      • "%Name follows %PCName. Watch out for the slavehunters."
    • No, not yet.
      • "%Name waits for %PCName."

If you speak with him while he is acting as your follower, he says:

  • "Yes, we travel together. Watch out for the slavehunters."
  • travel together
    • "Are there slavehunters near? Should %Name wait?"
    • No, keep following me.
      • "%Name follows %PCName. Watch out for the slavehunters."
    • Yes, wait here a moment.
      • "%Name waits for %PCName."

Finally, when he has safely made it to the dock, J'Saddha has the following things to say:

  • "%Name is here now. %Name is safe. Galyn will protect %Name."
  • travel together
    • "%Name is safe now. %Name thanks %PCName."
