Glathel

Glathel is a Wood Elf commoner who works at the Elven Nations Cornerclub in the Hlaalu canton in Vivec. She is apparently desperate for a husband.

She is wearing a common shirt with matching skirt and shoes. Aside from her natural resistance to disease, and the ability to command animals, she knows no spells.
