Erla is a Redguard smith who works for the Imperial Legion at Moonmoth Legion Fort. She buys and sells armor, weapons, and repair items and services to all visitors. Keep in mind if you are a fellow Legionnaire that you will need to wear your uniform in order to speak with her unless you are much higher in rank.
