Sperm Whales in the Systres

Many skeletons of giant "Sperm Whales" are washed up on the shores of the Systres Archipelago in ESO: High Isle, they do not look like the "Baleen Whales" of Skyrim. Do the use of real life sperm whales skeletons as models for the skeletons dotting the shores of the Systres in ESO is sufficient to say those Skeletons belong to sperm whales in Elder Scrolls Lore? Can we use the real life terms "sperm whale" and "baleen whale" to describe them even though they are never used in game?
