Normar Heights is a settlement found in the province of High Rock, being found southwest of the city-state of Northpoint.

History[edit]

The area known as Normar Heights was occupied by a tribe of Orcs, sometime before the founding of Orsinium. The Orcish champion, Emmeg Gro-Kayra, was born in the Normar Heights as a bastard son. He was raised by the local shaman, the Grilikamaug. Kayra had garnered a reputation throughout High Rock, performing noble acts and enticing fear onto the Bretons. On one fateful day, Emmeg came across the blade known as the Neb-Crescen, and in his blind rage, killed an Orcish woman. This resulted in Malacath's intervention, which ended in Emmeg's death. The Orcish warrior was then sentenced to the Shivering Isles.[1]

During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the village of Normar Heights was an active settlement, being ruled by Lady Lysyssa. It had a rivalry with Thorkan Park.[2] It was neighbored by several settlements, including Old Gate to the southwest, and North Point to the northeast.[3]
