Tirvel Balen is a Dark Elf commoner located at the eastern edge of the colony. He is a messenger waiting to be escorted by you. Carnius Magus sends you and Hroldar the Strange to make sure the report never arrives.

Tirvel wears a common shirt with matching pants and shoes as wel as a pair of gloves. He also carries the colony status report. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows no spells.
