Bertrand Lumier, dead on the road

Bertrand Lumier is a Breton former employee of the Trans-Niben Company. He was offered a large amount of gold for some important documents, but was betrayed and killed. His body can be found along the road northeast of Leyawiin, near the Mouth of the Panther.
