Skyrim is one of the nine provinces that you can visit in Arena. It is the homeland of the Nords and thus the starting location for Nord characters. Situated in north-central Tamriel, its climate is almost entirely boreal, a cold mix of forests and mountains, with the particularly mountainous terrain of the Dragon's Teeth Mountains located along its western and southwestern borders. It borders Morrowind to the east, the Imperial Province to the south, Hammerfell to the southwest, and High Rock to the west.

During the Main Quest, you will travel to Winterhold and the Fortress of Ice, as well as locate the second piece of the Staff of Chaos in Labyrinthian, the great maze and testing ground of Archmagus Shalidor, out in the frozen wastes near the center of the province.

The dungeons containing the maps leading to the Lord's Mail and the Oghma Infinium are located in this province, with each dungeon discovered during their respective artifact quests.
