Chemosh is a male Argonian Vampire. He is the Listener of the Dark Brotherhood, the Guildmaster of the Thieves Guild, an initiate of the Nightingales, and the Arch-Mage of the College of Winterhold. He is a Master in Illusion, Sneak, and Speech, as well as an Expert in Pickpocketing and Destruction. He is a Level 47. He is not known to be affiliated to any side in the war, Imperial of Stormcloak.

Most of the time he is wearing simply Ragged Robes, Muffled Shoes, and an Execution Hood. He has stated that he does such because, as an assassin, every time he kills he feels as if he himself was executed, though do not misunderstand, Chemosh kills without regret or remorse. His most common attacks are that of sneaking up behind a foe and slitting their throat, killing an enemy in their sleep with an arrow to the head, or by paralyzing his opponent and using his battleaxe to end his opponent. He wields the Blade of Woe, an Ebony Battleaxe, or an enchanted Ebony Bow. He has also been known to wear full Nightingale armor, while duel-wielding scimitars.
