Locating her as a questgiver

There is an Altmer NPC named Tandare in Silvenar (Malabal Tor), and locating her can be a very long search because a "questgiver" arrowhead is neither above the NPC's head nor does one show on the Compass to aid the player's character in finding her. That is, Tandare of Silvenar does NOT give the quest "If The Dead Could Talk". However, the page for that quest refers to Tandare of Silvenar as the quest-giver.

There is also an Altmer NPC named Tandare, located just outside the entrance to the Root Sunder public dungeon in Grahtwood. She is the one who gives the quest "If the Dead Could Talk", which consists of retrieving three journals from Tandare's dead companions inside the dungeon. 24.250.220.241 07:28, 28 August 2017 (UTC)
