No longer exists?

I've run around the entire area in and around Belarata and I am not finding a cart like the one described on her page, and neither her or her cat. I've also checked the ESO interactive map and all quest starters for Buyer Beware are shown except for her. Then again I see someone edited her page recently so I'm big confused now... --Drakonian (talk) 21:43, 12 February 2024 (UTC)

Edit: Nevermind, finally found her, I thought from reading the infobox that the caravan was quite close to the ruins but they are much further east than I thought, across the river. Will edit to clarify a little bit. --Drakonian (talk) 22:36, 12 February 2024 (UTC)
