I've found a note from a Dwemer researcher's journal named Tharayya. She appears to have been searching for an ancient artifact referred to as the "Guardian's Eye."
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Find Tharayya's journal entries in one of the Dwemer ruins in Alik'r Desert (Santaki, Aldunz, or Yldzuun).
- Follow Tharayya's trail to Aldunz.
- Follow the trail to Yldzuun.
- Find Tharayya in Volenfell.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Notes[edit]
- This quest is not available if you've already completed the quest Blood and Sand.
- If accepted in Yldzuun, you will immediately start at the final quest step.
- Despite picking up the journal from the table and removing it from view on the table, it is not added to your inventory as a quest item.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,
<Alias=LocationHold>
) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
