Units of measure need explanation

Most people will know what pounds, meters, gold pieces, etc. are but not necessarily "Dungeon Modules". Is it a measure of difficulty or of size? How is it determined? Is it explained elsewhere on the wiki? Well try Daggerfall:dungeon module. Hmmm... Page does not exist. Is there a † note? Nope. I recently started a character in Daggerfall who is now level 4 and I have no firm idea what these units mean. Now there is a page for dungeons which refers to "blocks" as one of the features of a dungeon. I am going to assume that was the intent here and change the column label.
