The Whistling Dagger is a weapons and armor shop in the market at the northern end of the Imperial City Waterfront District. The proprietor, Crowfoot, has 500 gold, a Mercantile skill of 20, and sells low-quality arms and armor, though she'll buy any kind of weapons or armor.

Interior

The shop is nothing more than a tent. A large table serves as a counter; a set of shelves to one side displays her wares. Aside from a stool for Crowfoot to sit on and a chest for her cash, there is little else of note.
