Lys Koch is a Breton mage from Morrowind who is in the Imperial City on Mages Guild business. He is currently renting an apartment in the Converted Checkpoint Apartments.
He wakes up at 8am every morning; depending on the day, his morning routine varies:
|
Every day at 11am, he goes to The Emporium Club to eat lunch for three hours, then attends to business in various places, depending on the day:
|
Every day ends the same: at 6pm, he goes to The Emporium Club for dinner and drinks until 10pm, then he returns to his apartment and spends a couple of hours working before he retires for the night.
Lys wears aqua silk robes and upper class shoes, which he changes as the mood suits him; he carries a random staff, two random pieces of jewelry, a rabbit & onion pie, a large amount of gold, and keys to the Arcane University and his apartment.
He has a small apartment, which he is renting during his stay in Cyrodiil; he shares it with his apprentice, Orvil. It is little more than a hotel room; it has a bed, small desk, bookcase, cupboard, and chest; Orvil sleeps on a bedroll on the floor.
Lys is arrogant and has little time for people he doesn't know: "If you don't mind, I'm quite busy, so could we make this quick?" If you ask why he's in the city, he says: "Not that it is any of your concern, I am currently on a trip to the Arcane University on business. I come from the Mages Guild in Balmora, a city on the island province of Vvardenfell, in Morrowind. Every few years we send a representative of the guild to the Arcane University to discuss matters of the development of magical techniques, whether to learn new ones, or discuss processes we have developed ourselves. When we make the trip, we tend to bring an apprentice with us, so they may benefit from the discussions of shared techniques, that they may better themselves in their studies. My apprentice, Orvil, should be around somewhere, but try not to bother him! He is currently taking care of my business, and I do not wish for him to become distracted from his objective."
