Bowen is a Redguard and member of the Thieves Guild who spends his time in Vark's Tavern, a dive bar in the Bravil Riverside settlement outside of Bravil.

Bowen's daily routine never varies. He spends all day at the tavern, chatting with his fellow patrons and drinking beer.
