Correct Dimensions?

Hi. I uploaded this and then found the message that it may not meet quality standards, because it has the wrong dimensions.

Can anyone direct me to any guidance for preventing this? Is this something that should stop me from uploading images until I understand? Jreynolds2 21:08, 1 January 2012 (UTC)
