I do not use mods for arena, that was a old school game with hexadecimal coding that has since been phased out of the newer games including elder scrolls oblivion. for those old school games the only way to achieve what you wanted was to back hack the code by changing values in certain areas of the code until you had the desired results in game by using a HEX Editor.

If you are asking where to get the program and how to hack I am sorry you will have to learn crash and burn trial and error like the rest if us I suggest googling "hex editors" and "how to hex edit savegames" for a start and good luck, half the hacking I used to do no longer retained the knowledge as newer games use more advanced coding and are harder to hack I prefer to remain retired and that saved game is my last surviving work.
