I have finally been able use the Oghma Infinium. I've gotten all of my major skills maxed except Security and Athletics, which are both expert levels. It's been a while since I updated this page(I'm sure no one cares.). I completed the Main Quest, yet all the guardsmen still despise me. My infamy, I suppose. Although, it does feel good taking a weapon, of any kind, and slamming it into their faces.
