It's really late, but the one needed to complete the quest has the ID "mazed_band". I looked around and I think this information is actually nowhere to be found on the wiki, except for the list of all tribunal items... 62.21.9.186 08:33, 25 August 2013 (GMT)

That's where it would be... On the item list. We don't list quest item IDs on quest articles because we don't (at least there shouldn't be) and references to using the console to complete quests in the walkthroughs. Jeancey (talk) 09:00, 25 August 2013 (GMT)

I didn't mean adding that information to the quest article, don't know where you got that idea from. Anyway, would you please care to explain why the the unenchanted version is only listed on the pictureless, descriptionless grand list of all items found in Tribunal? It's a quest item by every regard, yet it's not on this page. It's not on the artifacts page, it's not on the clothing page, not even on the misc items page. Even old Barilzar's own page only leads to the enchanted version even though he carries only the unenchanted one which, unlike the enchanted version, is the one required to complete the quest and proceed with the storyline. You don't get the enchanted ring until you dispose of Almalexia at the end of Tribunal's MQ. Powerless version is only mentioned here, on this very quest page and this page, although its ID and unenchanted version's stats are still nowhere to be found. 62.21.9.186 12:00, 25 August 2013 (GMT)

If you go to the rockfall and mash jump, you can pop out in the crypt (rocks will disappear). You can then kill Barilzar and take the band. Speak to the Archcanon and he will direct you to see Amalexia, who then completes the quest.
