Enchantment

Does it really only deal damage to trolls? Looking at the cslist entry, it looks as though it just has a generic fire damage enchatment. --AN|L (talk) 16:29, 18 December 2013 (GMT)

It only does damage to trolls. I am not sure what is controlling the effect, as I have looked at it myself, but my tests with the weapon resulted in the fire damage being resisted by all other NPCs and critters I tried it on, except for trolls. --AKB ^{Talk Cont Mail} 16:54, 18 December 2013 (GMT)

It's shown clearer in the CK, but there is a condition on EnchTrollsbaneFireDamageFFContact, the magic effect used (see CDTA). The display of the condition there still could need improvement, but 000f5d16 checks for troll, and 3f800000 is the float value of 1 (or true). Enchantment Strength

in my game the enchantment it only 10 points of fire damage to trolls. At least, that' s the description. Could it be that 15 points is only if you already have augmented flames perk? 121.98.61.181 15:39, 31 January 2017 (UTC)

Trollsbane's enchantment has a fire damage effect with a magniture of 15 (see here). Do you have any mods that may affect the enchantment? Which version of skyrim do you play? -- SarthesArai ^Talk 16:14, 31 January 2017 (UTC)
