Spriggans

The main article for spriggans says they drop taproots (like in Oblivion), instead of Spriggan Sap. Do they drop both, neither, always one and sometimes the other, or what? 74.181.90.193 21:50, 11 December 2011 (UTC)

Ditto that- I'm at level 64, I've killed quite a few Spriggans, and all I've ever found is a Taproot, even on a Spriggan Matron. Kind of irritating since Spriggan Sap is one of my most used ingredients :-P 209.66.120.3 21:59, 15 December 2011 (UTC)

This article was wrong. Spriggans only ever drop Taproot. The misinformation is probably a combination of bad facts in the official Game Guide, plus jumping to false conclusions based on the name. --Nephele^Talk 01:15, 24 December 2011 (UTC)

FYI, one of the Spriggans in Evergreen Grove dropped a Spriggan sap*. Maybe they patched for this finally. (21 April 2012) — Unsigned comment by 96.21.37.68 (talk)

I just checked with a save made after 1.5's release and no sap, just taproot. The Silencer has spoken^Talk 00:02, 22 April 2012 (UTC)
