Killing Ondolemar[edit]

Killing him will make the jarl your enemy permanentlySanguin 11:05, 7 December 2011 (UTC)

Killing him[edit]

If you kill him while stealth and no witnesses, the Jarl could care less. — Unsigned comment by 98.176.242.147 (talk) at 14:08 on 23 December 2011

Season Unending Impact[edit]

This quest was active when I sat down for negotiations, and because Markarth went to the Stormcloaks, the quest automatically failed. Ilysanna 23:33, 2 January 2012 (UTC)

Failing quest[edit]

This quest will be marked as failed after proceeding with main quest Season Unending. Most likely because Markarth will be handled to Ulfric Stormcloack. So it's best to finish this quest before proceeding with Season Unending. — Unsigned comment by 94.228.82.162 (talk) on January 9, 2012 14:50

Ogmund will be ok?[edit]

Is this affecting Ogmund in any way if you complete the quest? More then that will be Ondolemar good to charge the Ebony Blade after doing the quest for him? Luke — Unsigned comment by 81.196.151.13 (talk) at 11:55 on 23 January 2012

Warn Ogmund?[edit]

My character kills every Thalmor he can get his hands on. I can't seem to find Ogmund after this quest is initiated. Has anyone else? Do you get a chance to warn him what the Thalmor asked you to do? — Unsigned comment by King Mango (talkcontribs) at 04:28 on 22 February 2012

I also tried to warn him (he hangs out in the inn btw) but I didn't get any option to tell him that the Thalmor are trying to get him. 198.54.202.246 18:50, 17 March 2012 (UTC)

Ogmund's Amulet of Talos[edit]

If you have Ogmund's Amulet of Talos in your inventory, even if you have the original Amulet of Talos equipped, it will display "Ogmund's Amulet of Talos" under the Fortify Shout instead of the normal "Amulet of Talos". Anyone who have the same issue too? — Unsigned comment by Incohatus (talkcontribs) at 11:58 on 8 March 2014‎

Moved from article[edit]

If you clear Northwatch Keep (the Thalmor secret prison),it is possible that the Thalmor will turn on you as soon as you provide the amulet.

Can anyone confirm this? As far as I know, killing unnamed Thalmor doesn't impact the progression of Thalmor-related quests. Without more details to determine the cause, this seems like a dubious assertion to make. Zul se onikaanLaan tinvaak 18:19, 3 September 2014 (GMT)

I wouldn't think so. I personally haven't come across this, but I can't say anything for definite. Eldubya (talk) 18:21, 3 September 2014 (GMT)

Not friendly[edit]

It said he remains friendly after you complete the quest which that is not true he will say what do you want milkdrinker? — Unsigned comment by PrinceRetro (talkcontribs) at 01:21 on 1 October 2018‎

"Friendly" in this context means not hostile, as in you can still get training from him, albeit reluctantly as the article states. --Xyzzy Talk 16:01, 1 October 2018 (UTC)
