Perk Duration

Perks: duration is 22 with the stability perk, at least according to the in-game tooltip. I do not have the dual casting perk and I do not know how that perk interacts with master level spells (which always require two hands). Ojewejoriei 20:21, 12 July 2014 (GMT)

Generally, two-handed spells cannot be dual-cast, so the perk would have no effect. --95.222.29.211 02:59, 16 June 2018 (UTC)

Chance?

"The base chance of paralyzing an opponent is 26%.": I've noticed that this note was added by the same user and at the same time as an identical - erroneous - note in Paralyze (spell), so this one is probably wrong as well. Judging by the in-game description, the spell should actually always work, unless a target is immune. --95.222.29.126 02:18, 17 June 2018 (UTC)
