Level Offsets[edit]

level=21 at PC10, 30 at PC23
health=700 at 21, 1000 at 30

The different offset is puzzling, unless it's something like "PC+7 but with a minimum of 21", or "PC x2 with a maximum of 30". Need more datapoints. Aliana 08:12, 27 December 2011 (UTC)

Level 30 with 1000 health at PC17 too. So he is leveled, but only in chunks. No wonder it's so ridiculous if you happen to land at the "wrong" end of one of them. Aliana 15:44, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
I defeated Kvenel at level 20. He was lvl 21 and his health was 700. However, I entered the first part of Volunruud at lvl 7, so his stats had been set then. I guess it's not "Health: 700 at 21", but "700 (min)", similar to "Level: 21 (min)".
In the CK Kvenels Level Modifier as Leveled Actor is "VeryHard". I quote from creationkit.com/LeveledCharacter:
"Very Hard: Select the actor that is closest to 125% of the resolved level of the space without exceeding that level. If this would produce the same result as the Hard difficulty creature, select the enemy one step higher, if any, regardless of its level.
The percentage is determined by GameSetting fLeveledActorMultVeryHard.
All references set to Very Hard in a space will be the same level."
While i am trying to make sense of this, maybe someone can enlighten me.--Holomay 19:34, 25 April 2012 (UTC)
I haven't opened the CK and CSList isn't showing me the NPC info, but the chunks are probably something like this--that's the base info for Saerek. Similar conversation here. I don't fully understand how it gets levels, but 125% of the level + shifting towards the "very hard" level seems to make sense with that chart. Vely►Talk►Email 19:46, 25 April 2012 (UTC)

Detecting Kvenel[edit]

The page says you cannot detect him with Detect spells other than a werewolfs howl. However, it is also possible to detect Kvenel with the Aura Whisper shout, which basically has a detect all effect, which includes Kvenel. This could be valuable information to add to the note about Kvenel's detection. — Unsigned comment by 84.107.140.163 (talk) at 21:37 on 4 July 2013

Would Kvenel be able to be detected by a Vampire Lord's "Detect All Creatures"? One would assume. Testing will commence soon, and the page may be modified to fit. -Light-in-His-Eyes (talk) 01:05, 22 July 2014 (GMT)
