Gleda as follower[edit]

A few tips on how to use Gleda as a follower - I don't think it belongs on the article, so I moved it here for now:

  • Gleda will trail you anywhere and can take the place of a canine follower.
  • She will not follow you into caves or some houses.
  • Gleda will alert the guard if you engage in criminal activities and, as you cannot interact with her to make her wait, this makes sneaking past guards tricky.
  • Gleda will sit and wait while you engage in battle but is virtually indestructible herself as she heals very rapidly.

I wanted to know this information, so I think others may as well. I added it to the article. --Shjohnson12 (talk) 05:59, 26 January 2013 (GMT)

Gender[edit]

I've restored Gleda's correct gender to the page. Creature game data is a total irrelevance suited only to the notes section, not the main text. Gleda is a female name and the goat is referred to exclusively as female in all in-game dialogue, and the article text needs to reflect that reality. —Legoless (talk) 11:56, 1 September 2018 (UTC)

I looked through the data for some creatures and from what I can tell, creatures are never given the "female" flag like NPCs have (spriggans, for example). Because of this, I agree that determining the gender based on game data is meaningless. —Dillonn241 (talk) 12:10, 1 September 2018 (UTC)
You're both right. All animals are considered male by the data, which is an irrelevant but required field. Looks like it was me that pushed the male status before, but considering the aforementioned, the cs data is unreliable. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 17:23, 1 September 2018 (UTC)
