Quest Item?

I have this book in my Inventory after completing "A Night To Remember", and I can't get it out of my inventory because it claims it to be a quest item. It has a weight of 1, and I have no idea what quest it's related to. It showed up in my inventory after completing a quest and I hadn;t picked up any new quests in that time. Is this a bug? If not, what quest is this related to?

also, if you pick this book up before obtaining the misc quest, it seems that you cannot complete the damned thing. I have it sitting in my inventory as well as the quest (which just points me to the original location of where I found it) but it refuses to let me hand it in or reset the quest — Unsigned comment by 24.235.148.213 (talk) at 02:16 on 25 November 2011 (GMT)

If you have Skyrim on the pc, open the console using the "~" key and type "setstage mgr20 20" without quotes, and it should put the quest at the point right after you pick up the book, this is one way to fix this quest until Bethesda releases a patch. — Unsigned comment by 69.171.187.30 (talk) at 09:38 on 30 November 2011 (GMT)
