Guardian Torsten is a unique, boss-level draugr that resides in Ragnvald Canal.
He fights with an ancient Nord war axe and can cast various ice-based spells, such as Ice Spike and Conjure Frost Atronach. He may carry a small amount of gold and a gemstone, and may also drop bone meal when killed.
