Datamined furnishing items for the various dialogue options

There appear to be additional items that may drop from the various dialogue options which is why I included the (now deleted) note. I personally have never gotten them so not sure if they actually drop in game. The datamined items include: banner, tapestry, two candelabras, ledger stand , plaque with wolf head and stained glass window.
