Still in game?

I wonder if this is the same Argonian that we now help during the Sap and Stone quest in the Shadows of the Hist DLC? Or is he still in Velyn Harbor? Can't seem to find him at the moment, though. Tib (talk) 08:08, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

Well, he doesn't seem to be at the given coordinates (UESPlog), which is near the entrance to Velyn Harbor, so I wonder if I can use this page for filling in information about him, or if we should have a new npc page. Tib (talk) 08:30, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

Personally I think that this Heem-Jas, as he's just a generic NPC, should be moved to Heem-Jas (Velyn Harbor), and the Mazzatun Heem-Jas should take this page, as he's more important and the one people will be looking for. - KINMUNE ﴾TALK﴿ 08:57, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

Got a bit lazy and searched the patch notes category for "Velyn" - https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/search?adv=1&search=velyn&title=&author=&cat=354&tags=&discussion_d=1&discussion_question=1&discussion_poll=1&comment_c=1&comment_answer=1&within=1+year&date= - very few results, and the closest I could find was the Khajiit going to the EP. (←) Regardless of patch notes, what I want to know is whether we should have a deprecated NPC page (2 Heem-Jas pages, of which one has absolutely no usage), or we just remake this existing page, and add a note that a NPC with same name used to be in Velyn Harbor (1 Heem-Jas page, with a note)? Well, if you're sure he's gone, then I'd say it'd be preferable to have the one page for the Mazzatun person, and a note mentioning that there was formerly an Argonian with the same name in Velyn Harbor or some such. - KINMUNE ﴾TALK﴿ 14:04, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

Just checked the guidelines, or more specifically this which states that "Each quest location, and NPC should have an individual page" - so unless they're the same Heem-Jas, which I highly doubt, then they're going to have to be different pages. - KINMUNE ﴾TALK﴿ 14:12, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

There is a history of NPCs being moved so there is a good chance its the same person if they cannot be found at the original place. Unfortunately I can't help look for him just yet as I don't have the update. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 14:44, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

(←) Since we have so little information on this NPC (not even an image), it wouldn't be the end of the world to relegate him to the notes section of the Mazzatun character. That said, we've always kept deprecated pages in the past, so moving this to Heem-Jas (Velyn Harbor) seems like a good option. —Legoless (talk) 20:16, 15 August 2016 (UTC)
