Is this quest removed?

First time I did the Aldmeri Dominion quests, this quest was offered by someone inside the town. Now, raising an alt I was not able to found the giver. Since this quest was very bugged it seems they removed it. I was not the only one, see:

You could always bump one or other of the threads and tag a forum mod (@ZOS_GinaBruno for example); since they were both posted in May, they may not think it is still an issue. I've also been keeping a record of quests that have been disabled and the Patch Notes that go with them, and this one's not on the list. --Enodoc (talk) 21:24, 22 June 2014 (GMT)
