Summoners are mages skilled in conjuration who summon Daedra to Nirn as part of a World Event. Unfortunately, these mages generally bite off more than they can chew and need an adventurer to assist them by culling the Daedra they've summoned. After their portal opens, they shield themselves with a magical ward and cry for help. Once the Daedra have been vanquished, the Summoner thanks you and leaves through a portal. Killing the Daedra before they kill the Summoner completes this event, granting you experience points.

These Summoners can call forth Watchers, Clannfear, Flame Atronachs, Frost Atronachs and Scamps among others.

Dialogue

The Summoner will chant before their portal is opened.

Summoner: "Daedra, spawn of Padomay's black blood! Answer the cry of your servant! Come forth and walk upon the face of Nirn!"
