Orthoron is a Wood Elf Eye of the Queen operative and resistance fighter who can be found in the Inconspicuous House in Arenthia. He can be later found at Rawl'kha too, just outside its Temple.

Eye on Arenthia

He will be at Rawl'kha outside of its temple, speak to him to receive the quest:

"Traveler. I've got some information here you might find interesting. Someone of your prowess should be able to make a difference."

My prowess? What are you talking about?

"Among the people in my organization you have a certain reputation. Look, there's a situation at the city of Arenthia. One of your skills could make or break your efforts there. Can we count on you?"

What do you want me to do?

"Head north, and you'll find the road to the city. I'll run ahead and let my superior know you're coming. Wouldn't want you to surprise her. Luck follow you on the road."

I'll see you there, then.

Speaking to him again before you go to Arenthia:

"Get yourself gone. The situation in Arenthia can only get worse."

When you head over to the outskirts of Arenthia, he will be surveying the terrain on top of a rock:

"Good to see you again. Sorry, just trying to keep an eye on our friends out there."

Why didn't you tell me Arenthia had been invaded?

"The Eyes see all, my friend. That doesn't mean they speak. Go talk to Cariel. She'll get you hooked up with our friends in the resistance."

After the quest:

"You'll make the difference here. I've been out in the field for a while now. You get a sense about these things."

Speaking to him if you bypassed Eye on Arenthia:

"Good to see a competent traveler on the road. The March needs smart people these days."

The Colovian Occupation

He will be inside found in the Inconspicuous House in Arenthia. You won't be able to speak to him inside during this quest.
