Kidnapped Peasants are incapacitated Bretons found in the first cistern of Wayrest Sewers II. They were drugged and brought down to the sewers. Gedric Serre stays to help them while you and Yahyif go on ahead to find Master Pellingare. They have no unique dialogue.
