Galsu Redas is a Dark Elf who can be found in the unfinished canton in the top left in Vivec City. During the quest, Divine Conundrum, Galsu gets trapped under debris and Baar-Taeed is attempting to free her.

After the quest, Galsu Redas can be found recovering from her wounds on the canton, and later returns to work.
