Fate-Bearer Stalkers are Dunmer nightblades of the Fate-Bearers who can be found at Louna's Farmhouse during the quest The Sweetroll Killer. They will ambush you, Razum-dar, and Naryu Virian, and once they are all dead Louna will call a ceasefire and ask that you all enter the house.
