Bone Grappler is a Strangler World Boss found in Bone Grappler's Nest, along with two Marrow Feeders. Although it has less health than usual for a World Boss, its attacks are stronger to compensate.

It has a chance to drop the Face of the Wolf Beast antiquity lead for the Ring of the Wild Hunt. It can also drop the Spinner's Fractured Femur, a unique item in the Spinner's Garments set.
