When spoken to prior to completing the quest, she says:

"You interested in a drink? We have plenty to go around, considering the carnival is more or less shut down."

When spoken to after completing the quest, she says:

"The pyrotechnics are a bit much to deal with several times a day, but I find a lot of the first time attendees need a drink after that show."
