Agolas is a Wood Elf thief and member of the Roadside Bandits. He can be found digging out his stash of loot north Aqueduct Rock.
He is the one responsible for framing Zabani for the theft he committed in Orsinium. He supposedly has connections to the Thieves Guild, and is the author of Agolas's Journal. He cannot be spoken to.
