Leveled arrows

Is his set of arrows dependent on the your level or will it be the same from the moment you start? I ask because he got my khajiit a wonderful set of various enchanted arrows which, when combined with the set i got off a dark brother during the cleansing makes for an outstanding arsenal. Can his inventory respawn?

Is it possible for this guy's inventory to respawn? And if so would it have to be when you level, since he's a leveled NPC, or are there other ways to make him respawn? I'm curious because there are a few enchanted arrows I would like to find. And if I can't get them from Boethia's tournament, then I'll hopefully just have to get them from him or the other NPC who can have a lot of enchanted arrows, assuming that they can respawn; or at the very least their inventories can.--Playerseekingbugs (talk) 02:56, 28 October 2013 (GMT)
