Misplaced Sentence[edit]

"There is a campsite with a tent, fire, and food." That sentence seems really out there, like it's misplaced or something. I don't know how to fix it, but I know it needs something. Help? 209.175.13.34 13:44, 14 January 2008 (EST)

Better now? Thanks for the heads up :) –RpehTCE 15:54, 14 January 2008 (EST)
That'll do. Thank you! (I'm the anonymous from yesterday on a new account.) Muthsera 10:24, 15 January 2008 (EST)

Safe Storage?[edit]

There's a sack next to the barrel. Is that sack safe for storage or does it respawn? --Bryanmichael11 23:38, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

No, that sack doesn't respawn, so it's safe for storage. --Timenn-<talk> 21:26, 9 January 2010 (UTC)

Greybeards?[edit]

I've just been playing the game and came across this camp so decided to post here and somewhere else - Considering its location not too far from where the Greybeards are, and there's the cloak, could this be the camp of a wandering Greybeard? Would be good :) — Unsigned comment by 151.225.217.98 (talk) at 17:20 on 15 May 2016 (UTC)

First of all it is the camp of a Dark Brotherhood quest target, and thus likely not in any developer's thoughts. Secondly, any non-documented connection with later games would be pure speculation, and as such not to be added to the UESP. It might possibly do as subject for a lore related discussion on the forums, though. —MortenOSlash (talk) 18:45, 15 May 2016 (UTC)

Gnolls?[edit]

The gnolls are a canine-humanoid race that is featured in several fantasy franchises. There are no gnolls in TES however. Does the mountain's name come from something else then? Or is it an actual name? Shouldn't it be Mount(ain) Gnoll? — Unsigned comment by 92.114.148.141 (talk) at 21:25 on 26 July 2018

Gnoll Mountain is the name of the location in the game, so it should stay as it is. There is no source for the name in TES, and it could have been named for any number of different reasons. It could even just be a misspelling of knoll. If you want to see or share theories, the forums probably have a thread on it. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 20:59, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
