Blessed Touch[edit]

Isn't this the same spell given by the Ritual birthsign? Would it have been purposeful to give an vendor a power? --DKong27 Talk 03:17, 1 June 2010 (UTC)

Yes, it's exactly the same spell. I think that might have been a mistake as it removed one of the three benefits from The Ritual. rpeh •TCE 13:45, 1 June 2010 (UTC)
I added a bit to the page. --DKong27 Talk 01:25, 2 June 2010 (UTC)
Should it be noted that this means it's always 100% successful, and will cast even if you have no magicka? 207.228.62.86 02:52, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
No, it's still a spell rather than an ability - just an exceptionally cheap one. rpeh •TCE 10:00, 28 November 2010 (UTC)
I'm not so sure. It still costs magicka to cast, but it lacks a skill, so to speak. When highlighted in the magic tab, it does not belong to a particular school of magic. Furthermore, casting this spell won't increase your conjuration skill. A quick look in the CS reveals nothing of help, to me at least. Is this just a strange hiccup in my game, or is this universal? Ygfa's Blessed touch is no longer available and replaced by Saintly Touch in my game (with MCP)
